Short answer
Almost certainly. We service every major residential brand, and the ones listed on our brands page are simply the ones we see most often. If yours is not listed, that means we see it less, not that we turn it away.
Who really made your appliance
The badge on the front is often not the manufacturer. Whirlpool builds machines sold as Maytag, KitchenAid, Amana, Roper and Estate. Electrolux builds Frigidaire. Kenmore never manufactured anything at all — a Kenmore machine is a Whirlpool, an LG or an Electrolux depending on the year and the model.
This is why the model number matters more to us than the name. It identifies the parts platform underneath, and two badges you would never associate can share the same drive system.
Where brand genuinely does matter
Parts availability and cost. Some manufacturers are open and cheap to source from; others are slow, expensive, or have discontinued the component you need. That is a real difference and it can decide whether a repair makes sense.
We tell you which category yours falls into before you commit to anything, including when the honest answer is that the part costs more than the appliance is worth.
High-end and built-in appliances
Counter-depth and built-in refrigerators, French-door units, higher-end ranges — all squarely in what we do. We do not decline a repair because the appliance is expensive, and we do not treat an expensive machine as an excuse to inflate a quote.
Still not sure how this applies to your machine? Call and ask — we would rather answer a question over the phone than have you guess. We cover Rock Island, the Quad Cities and every community within 50 miles.
